We use Royal Mail And EVRI to ship all orders safely and reliably. Please review the details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.


Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If you select Tracked or Signed For delivery, your tracking link will be included.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  1. Double-check your tracking info (if provided).

  2. Contact us at thegoldglampod@gmail.com with your order number.

We’ll liaise with Royal Mail to investigate and resolve the issue.


International Shipping

  • International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

  • Import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.


Pre-Order or Backorder Items

If an item is marked pre-order or backorder, we’ll ship your full order once it’s available. Delivery estimates will be shown on the product page.
