Terms & Conditions — The Gold Glam Pod

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” “customer,” or “user”) and The Gold Glam Pod (“we,” “us,” or “our”). 6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

6.2 We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
